2. No Profit Guarantee

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Automated systems can execute both good and bad strategies very efficiently.

  • No feature or example on ATR Bot is a promise of profit.
  • Backtests, simulations, or case studies are illustrations only.
  • You are fully responsible for your strategies, position sizes, and results.

3. Eligibility & Responsibilities

By using ATR Bot, you confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to trade/invest in your jurisdiction.
  • You use accounts held in your own name or your organization’s name.
  • You keep your passwords, API keys, and devices secure.
  • You follow all laws, exchange rules, and broker terms that apply to you.
  • You will not use ATR Bot for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Broker & Third-Party Integrations

ATR Bot may connect to external brokers, data vendors, and services using APIs.

  • Your broker is responsible for order execution, margin, and settlement.
  • ATR Bot sends instructions based on your configuration; you remain in control.
  • You must verify keys, symbol mappings, and risk limits before going live.
  • We cannot control outages, errors, or restrictions at your broker or other third parties.

5. Risk, Liability & Indemnity

You understand and agree that markets can move quickly and unexpectedly. Losses can exceed initial expectations.

  • To the extent allowed by law, ATR Bot and Towncraft Technologies Pvt Ltd are not liable for losses arising from: your strategies, market movements, incorrect settings, misuse of APIs, latency, outages, or third-party failures.
  • You agree to use the built-in guardrails (limits, pauses) responsibly and to monitor your strategies.

6. Fair Use & Platform Changes

  • We aim for stable uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability.
  • We may modify features, interfaces, or integrations to improve security and reliability.
  • We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The ATR Bot platform, design, and underlying code are owned by Towncraft Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
  • You keep ownership of your own strategies, configurations, and business logic.
  • You may not copy, resell, or rebrand ATR Bot without written permission.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using ATR Bot or request account closure at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, or legal/regulatory reasons.

9. Governing Law
